2021 - We started as a collective family run agency, with the mission to ensure both nurses and hospitals work in harmony, hire well trained staff nationwide whilst ensuring all staff work with upmost passion towards their roles.

2022 - We hired top talents from the United Kingdom! - Aiming to have the upmost quality of service consistently, whilst helping hospitals find immediate and long term cover.

2022 Continued - Got six new trusts on board, whilst ensuring they're all okay staff wise.. we also added care homes to our portfolio. Aim in 2022 is to expand vastly.
The Future

2023 -Build four more offices from our main goal of 'having an office within the largest TEN major cities in England'.

2024 - Help reduce carbon emissions and lower our carbon foot-print on our globe, we will be doing this by planting trees across the U.K as starters, we will also look to launching our 'App' which will definitely help nurses book themselves in whilst hospitals choosing the nearest nurse available to them thus ensuring less paperwork and less emission over time.

2028 - Reach 50,000 Nurses and carers, collect as many awards as we can for our brilliant services and to ensure we're 90% carbon emission free by 2028.

2030 - Become a well established recruiting agency, ensuring not only a service of excellence for nursing yet other sectors we're familiar with too.. This will include an expansion internationally so that other countries may benefit using our application.
Thus, resulting in fewer emissions as we move forward.
